Do we have a right to wake people up?
Virato posted 10/31/07 11:45 AM
It is our obligation!
WalkingMirror posted 11/1/07 7:54 AM
I find that Very Interesting, both your answer and the fact it was such a speedy reply. I assume you realize, the pebble in the pond, and you were considering the global impact. Everything we do affects the whole…
Blocking discernment brings focus on quality. Your answer will have global impact.
With that in mind, do you still maintain your position?
It is our obligation, is it our social responsibility?
Peace

Yes I know, I had to go to Russia to find you in my back yard.

So, that is me. For others, as Nike says "Just Do It!"
Share your insights, your love, you r knowledge. Minimize the preaching, authority, and ego.
I am simply loving friends with whomever I make contact.
Am I effective? I do not care, and I do not keep track.
If you are "in the zone" with the Divine, many will get it!
WalkingMirror posted 11/1/07 11:12 AM
everything i say, its just my opinion. but i feel that you do care about the results, its not that diffacult to see into your heart.

I want change in the world. And I can change people and everybody around them if I so choose and I can create this expansion into their lives whether they want or not. I can wake you up, I can force you to the next level?
its not my ego or athority. its the tension i feel coming from both sides that is causeing me to wonder,,, should i wake people up.
Virato posted 11/2/07 11:29 AM
Ah, one thing. It ,ust also be a joy. If it seems like a MUST or HAVE TO this will show through. This is not love, or sharing enlightenment.
So I say just DO IT! and the only way with love...with truth...with awareness.
I invite you to NOT believe me. Simply experience my words.
Call my radio program tomorrow.

VIRATO LIVE!

Yes Virato, i question the Synchronicity?… do we have the right to send our partner the energy of a flower? The best I can see it today. We do have the right to wake somebody as long as it is done with good character. Joy does have a potential dark side and also bad character combined with love.

I will call the show when I solidify my view. This pragmatic world will not allow any error.

Right now the pebble in our hands is limited because disillusionment is always a product of virtue. We should not test the boundaries of nature but instead meditate upon them and then the passport falls into the lap much like a coconut from a tree. Right now what we need is a global coconut of virtue, only then can we wake the world.

A good topic for the radio might be; parental values. And how so many children rebel against their parents and then hit 30 only to find our parent’s values are extremely invasive in our lives. I find it to be very strange phenomena that I am becoming potentially the very thing I did not like when I was a teen. This topic might awaken new level of virtue? Whether we like it or not... Our parental values seem to be very invasive.

Imagine what would happen if it inverted and good values became invasive. WOW–- WNL = whole-nother-level

interesting topic, one that i have been contemplating the last few days. Also interesting "walking mirror" the nick you use is in my opionon why we wish to wake ppl up. I have wrestled with the same question you are at this moment now, and what i came up with finally, is that i wish ppl to be able to mirror me. I wish to see myself and what i know in them. Am I really doing a service to them, if they are blissfully sleeping their lives away in ignorance? Who am i to say, all i can do is know what my personal motivation is and then be able to base my response with that

Not our job to wake up anyone else. Can't even actually be done.
We can choose to wake up ourselves
but the moment we say "I am awake!" -oops...back to sleep we go.
Try fewer words and more be-ing. As we each become more realized in our own consciousness we open up and let the light flow from us...and if that light lights the path for another, it is because they have chosen...for themselves. Thinking to awaken others is an egoic process. Ghandi said "BE the change..." Thus - BE the awakening.
Namaste y'all!

Hmmmm.....comes to mind that some of the biggest "awakenings" I have experienced came through the actions of those who acted in what would seem to be the worst of character. It was still my choice to use those experiences to wake up or go deeper into the trance. All part of the sacred-contract-cosmic-dance we share. Again, thinking that we are teaching, even just modeling "awakeness" with the intent to awaken others - zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Therin lies a judgement, that we determine who is and is not "awake" - and that's just another trance state. Paradox? Of course. Isn't it delightful, this human-ness we are choosing to be asleep in!
Namaste y'all!

Dear Joy,
Those actions of what would seem to be the worst of character, did they intend to wake you up. Reductio ad absurdum: it seems you (perhaps unwittingly) twisted the Subject Term. ‘’Bad character’’ cannot more effectively wake people up. Reread your sentence quoted above and notice how it potentially foments violence.
