There have been many who have been watching the handwriting on the wall for some years now, and this writing has crescendoed into a position for us, the people, of the U.S. and Europe, at least to start, that is untenable, repressive, outrageous and unfree in respect to our inherent, God-given rights to care, as we see fit, for our own health and well-being. The form of this current threat is in the text of what’s called "Codex Alimentarius." It is being spearheaded by the World Trade Organization (WTO) in conjunction with WHO, the EU, the FDA and the private, massive interests of the pharmaceutical industry (Illuminati controlled), that has proven to all people that is commitment is to profit, not the health or well-being of people who they are supposed to serve. In short, we may be in trouble. Without loud and strong public outcry—a massive campaign among us, the people, immediately, to our Congress, White House, FDA, media and to the WTO and pharmaceutical industry itself, our rights will be undermined by a few strokes of a pen in the coming days. These rights will vastly limit our ability to access vitamin and mineral supplements to start with, and can reach into even the kinds of food, as in organic, or as in herbs, that we buy. The laws of the government’s participating in this insane proposition, including the U.S., become subordinate, yes, subordinate, to a body of law designed by the powerful corporate members of the WTO. In sum, the WTO will become, if we allow it to and do not challenge Codex, and no doubt, other similar documents, to become the One World Government to which all governments serve. And the WTO consists of the largest, most powerful corporations on the planet, with a commitment to their own bottom line, not, you can be assured, your and my well-being. What you call a “free America” as per the tenets of the Bill of Rights and the Constitution, designed to keep government small and limited (believe it or not!) and protecting the People, is being eroded and eroded by this organization, others like it, and by, in my and many other’s opinion, our own government. We have a double front here. On one hand, we have the general issue of our Constitutional rights being undermined by these outrageously powerful corporate-based institutions that have economic and political agendas. This kind of challenge is most always taking place in one form or another, which is why Thomas Jefferson admonished us 200+ years ago that “The price of freedom is eternal vigilance.” And life shows us that he couldn’t have been more right. When we speak out en masse, the power of the people makes itself heard and it is only then that our government acts on our behalf, only. Our power was recently demonstrated so very clearly in the case of PBS, which Congress, for whatever political reason, decided to pull $100 million dollars of its funding. Well, the American people like public broadcasting. Many feel that it is the only media source they appreciate or trust, and they wanted it funded. There was massive public outcry. Petitions were signed, letters were sent, phone calls were made and letters faxed to Congress and the White House from all over the U.S. in a very short period of time. And the Congress was forced by this outcry to listen, and abide by the will of the people. And this is what makes this country great. When push comes to shove, the government was originally designed for no other reason but to serve the people, and when the people demand it listen and respond, it does, and must. Groups like www.MoveOn.org and www.truemajority.com have helped to organize the people’s voices and make it easy for each voice to be heard. Our rights in so many domains are being challenged, and need to be defended by us. The second front is the issue of Health Rights in particular. Can you imagine not being able to take the supplements of your choice? Care for your health as you see fit? That’s what’s now up for grabs. Kevin deserves to be highly commended for his courageous, unstoppable persistence in producing and completing this very critical documentary, containing footage shot in one of the Codex meetings that took place, as they all do, behind closed doors. The vote on Codex, to be held in Rome this coming week, in private of course, is wholly subject to our outcry.
