The Re-Creation of Government By: Will Levington Comfort II Introduction There needs to be a recognition in humanity that the Planet Earth, all things on it, within it, above and beyond it was/is constantly re-created by and under the laws of the Infinite Being we call God, Allah and the like for the singular purpose of manifesting that One Life, giving birth, if you will, to that One Great Life, in so far as the particular forms permit, in and through all forms of existence, from the lowest to the highest of formed and non-formed life. That this can be accomplished is made possible because in each singular and group creation, the Infinite Being, through the Christ (not Jesus), His only begotten Son/Sun and the Creator of all form life, imparts into each creation a part of Himself as its source and substance. How much of Him is imparted is determined by the nature of the form. The lowest form that can contain and manifest, at a microcosmic level, every aspect of the Macrocosmic Christ is man and women kind. Now, our Beloved Macrocosmic Christ (whom most call God) is not a Willy, nilly Being. There is Plan and Purpose and Order to all of His creations, and that Plan and Purpose, through Order (Beauty) is to establish His Substantial Life in and through every human Being and to give life to evolving lesser Beings. As such, in so far as each person is willing to live under the laws and guidance of the Creator-Being, each person, regardless of race, creed, sex or nationality, can manifest within the self every aspect and capability of the Macrocosmic Christ at a microcosmic level. What we are talking about is top-down management with the full response and creation of new life on Earth from the bottom-up, individually and collectively. And, this is how governments on Earth must be formed. Our Beloved Christ (God) is, for the first time in the history of this planet, taking charge of the future of this planet (and others) to assure that His Will and His Plan for Earth happens, that His great love for His created is made manifest in and through all life forms on Earth and beyond. That this is a happening is shown by the gradual increase of magnetic energy, measured by the hertz rate, since about 1975 or so. Whereas, for centuries the hertz rate was stable at 7.8, it now stands at about 24 and rising. These frequencies measure the intensity of God’s Love and Life (the source of all energy) present on the planet. Soon, it will be impossible for the un-good to survive energetically and millions of years of peace and prosperity for the many will ensue…not just for the few as it has been misdirected in the past. What is required of man is that, individually and collectively, mankind respond to and take responsibility for the establishment and working out of the laws and principles of God throughout the planet, taking its part in the bottoms-up management process. What is required of God, our Beloved Macrocosmic Christ, is the giving of the Real Truths and Laws of Being to man which will eliminate the separatist’s teachings of the many current Earth religions that were mainly created by the greed and power-hungry. Many great teachers of these Real Truths have been and are surfacing to lead humanity out of the darkness that has so long prevailed on Earth. This top-down management of Earth affairs is beginning to have an effect in causing man to question the results of current and prior conditions. Inherent in the new Top-Down Earth management systems, and therefore all new governmental systems, is the proclamation of individual freedom and sovereignty for every person on and beyond Earth, for these soul qualities are inherent in man’s makeup (essential essence), and are to govern all of mankind’s activities. Inherent in and a requirement of these soul qualities will be, through new business, economic, and educational systems, the provision for financial abundance which will allow every person to pursue that which brings joy to the soul, and be a slave to none. Also to be proclaimed and made functional is the establishment in all nations of a true democracy, ruled by the people, a system intended and created for America but never truly made functional by its people. Inherent within the essence of every man are the spiritual soul qualities of Goodness, Truth, Beauty, Love, Wisdom, Power, Right Knowledge, Being, and Bliss. These are the energies (Transcendental Ideas) through which God, the Macrocosmic Christ, functions throughout the Universe. It is to be the responsibility of governments to create fundamental laws and systems of operation, which will not only allow but also make possible the manifestation of these qualities in and throughout all human activities. The top-down flow of Life, Love and Reality, and therefore the flow of governmental systems, will ultimately look something like the following. Graphic, please see web site It is important, in the creation of all laws and principles of governance and system operation, that that which works at the highest level (Federation of Planets) also be functional at the lowest level (local governments and the populace) and viz, limited only by the extent of responsibilities. We have seen over the centuries the negative results of crime, war, famines, tortures, and etc. that have occurred and are now occurring when local and national governments differ in intent, operation, and philosophy from each other.
