I am looking for someone who provides what I believe is called "light therapy"-my sister has breast cancer and I have heard of some successes with light therapy on the lymph area. She lives in the Cherokee, NC area. |

Hello Debbie, Does "light therapy" mean using lights or are you looking for a lightworker to help heal her? |

It is an actual light that is placed over the lymph area. I met a woman who does this in Atlanta. She purchased the light, but she thought it was possible to have it done somewhere else. |

Hi, Debbie. The Dinshah Health Society has information on what they call Spectro-Chrome Therapy. In part, it is a simple therapy administered by shining a light through specifically colored filters. I came across them many years ago when I used them as a resource for writing a paper on the effect of color on the human organism. They have books and instructions for making one's own device. I, also, feel moved to mention, Gabriel Cousens, MD. I have the utmost respect for this doctor/human/spiritual being who once helped me to restore the quality of my life. He was my personal physician for many years before he moved from my area to open a health center in Patagonia, Arizona. I recently had the good fortune to hear him speak and to witness an enlightening slide show. One of the slides in his collection (to the best of my memory and understanding) displayed a breast that had been cancerous. Progressive slides showed how the cancer cells were disappearing and how the person's cells were actually becoming healthier and the blood cells were becoming healthier, as well, through conscious eating. He was showing us tangible evidence of how our food and other elements affect our bodies on a cellular level. I found it quite powerful to see this documentation. Dr Cousens has written a book, (among others) entitled "Spiritual Nutrition and the Rainbow Diet", in which he states his case for eating from all areas of the color spectrum. Hi Debbie, The Rainbow of Health 1 .Sit comfortable with your eyes closed. Feel the sensation of your breath fill your body with life - giving energy then EXHALE fully. Now, mentally count your breaths, INHALE... on the EXHALE count one, INHALE...EXHALE two, concentrate only your breathing, you count to five, then you start concentrate of your heart centre, until you become centered and calm. 2. Visualize a large ball of radiant Golden light a few inches over your head. Visualize that ball of light slowly descending through your crown, filling your entire being with golden light.
