One of my customers purchased some of my cookie cutters and was double billed by eBay. When he discovered it and complained to eBay, all he got was the runaround and passing the buck - not taking responsibility for their error. They expect the victim and unhappy customer to jump through hoops and figure out a way to correct the problem - JUST LIKE WITH THEIR AUCTION OFFENSES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This billion dollar mega-industry is ultra lazy and CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!!
