It would be too cool if you could portray Captain Christopher Pike, in his black encased wheelchair with the red button, in the Anderson Indiana 2008 4th of July Midnight Parade. It starts on the night of July 3rd and it is the first 4th of July Parade to start in the U.S.A. I had put together a Star Wars float/unit in last years parade and I had 25 characters represented. This year, I will be putting together a Star Trek parade float/unit that will be much bigger since I'm now in charge of all the Star Trek clubs (ships) in Indiana as the First Officer of Starbase 06. We had well over 20,000 peopple who attened last year and this year shall be even bigger and better. Debra Downey, the hippie chick from the original Star Trek TV show, lives close to here and she has been to our other events here so I'm sure that she will want to be at this parade.
