#8909023 (built 1998). 271CF bell (red brass, 21-gauge), rose brass single-radius tuning slide, axial valve, standard slide with brass crook. Valve and slide received factory re-allignment in Feb 05, has not been played since. In very good condition; lacquer wear on slide and neckpipe where expected, also some scratches here and there. There are a few minor dents in the slide crook but I have never had a problem with playability. Beautiful warm sound, consistant intonation throughout, and holds together in all registers and dynamics. This is a versatile horn that I have used in orchestra, wind ensemble, and various chamber groups. The only reason I'm selling it is because I have not used it since trying out another Edwards setup (and it is taking up needed closet space!). Comes with hard shell case (also in very good condition), counterweight, and three brass leadpipes. No mouthpiece. Asking $2100, and I will cover shipping within the USA. Pictures available.
