Just got the Philly CD recording of Mahler's 6th. Who is the tuba player? I know it's not Mr. K. |

Did Steve also play on the other 2 Ondine recordings (Bartok & Tchaikovsky's 5th)? |

If I'm not mistaken, the Bartok was performed with Ed Diefes, and Tchaikovsky 5th with Carol Jantsch. |

What is the opinion of Nitzan, Blair and other Philly Orchestra members on the Mahler CD? I think it's the best recording I've heard of the piece, but I know Eschenbach is somewhat unpopular amoung orchestra members. |
