Why are the Dipsos covering their song White Trash Girl, when the original featuring bassist and backing vocalist extraordinaire DOUG KEITH was perfection as it was? Say, what ever happened to DOUG KEITH, anyway? Sure, Matt is good, but he's no DOUG KEITH, now is he? |

If I'm not mistaken, Doug Keith is now a regular on the WB series 'Moesha'. He plays the smart-alecky butler with a heart of gold. |

Actually DOUG has never left. He's still here. I am still here. We're both here, in spirit. It's a long story. It all started one fateful Summer day several years ago while driving along Rt95, when I had happened upon a broken down truck, which I was to discover, carrying toxic waste. I simply stopped to lend and hand changing some big assed tire (tyre if you're from the UK) and was liberally splashed by an unknown substance. Well, the driver was nice enough, handing me his old crusty plaid hanky to clean the vile goo from my person. Well I believe it was a chemical reaction between the hanky crust and toxic waste which altered my DNA. I felt myself changing almost immediately. Suddenly, no longer did I crave wonderful microbrewery beer, to my utter astonishment, I craved cheap American beer - VERY cheap beer. Tastless cheap American beer, so long as I could buy shitloads for $5. No longer could I stand well-thought out and tasteful bass lines, I NEEDED to be loud, neigh, VERY loud tastless and obnoxious to feel satisfied... my car, no longer could it be something nice, I desparately needed something that left a trail of smoke and car parts as I drove... when I got home, I ran to the mirror and gazed at my new face..AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

DnewmanK You really can't be serious. Lay off the crack, it makes you stupid. |

But the crack is the only thing that keeps me going. I thought Matt Dipso joined the band after seeing an ad in a music newspaper. Guess I had that story ALL wrong! |
