Hey folks! Do any of you ice fish Lake Winnebago? We're thinking of making a trip up there this Winter. Any suggestions on locations, outfitters, species, etc.?

perch fishing on bago this year has been good. worms pieces of crawler have been very productive in 12-15 ft of water. Find a big group of boats and fish away from them. early morning has been the best time. Perch have been motly of the deep side of reefs and rock structures in the deep.Ice fishing jigs with a sinker about a foot up with a piece of crawler and or a red worm anchored.

walleyes are biting aggressivly this week all fish are biting ealy in the morning and late afternoon on reefs and weedy shorelines. slip bobbers leeches and crawlers have been the ticket. all the walleyes been fairly decent 17-22 inches long...the best bet is stay away from the crowds on the reefs, cause the noise they put on them reefs put them deep end of reefs. shorlines i been pretty well to myself. Some people but not as heavy at night...good luck to all and call mark for a fishn trip it'll be worth it!!

The perch fishing is fantastic right now. Walleyes have slowed down but still getting a few. Smallmouth fishing is still one of the best fishing expriences that I offer.

The perch fishing is still very good! Walleye and bass are still biting but have slowed down with the cold weather. Still having great action through out day.
