Happy Thursday, everyone. Well here we are again and here "I'll Come Back As Another Woman" is again ready to defend its title and continue the route to Fan Favorite Tanya Tucker Song. The log in the road this time for its easy passage is "Tear Me Apart". "I'll Come Back As Another Woman" needs no introduction. Since besting then frontrunner "Can I See You Tonight?" many, many moons ago it has throttled its competition with only one song giving it any real problems. "Oh, What It Did To Me" managed a 10-10 tie but lost in the second tiebreaker round. So "I'll Come Back As Another Woman" has had a pretty easy time of it. A tornado blew through Tanya's song category tonight and left a big log, "Tear Me Apart" in the middle of the road on "I'll Come Back's" path to infinity. Can "I'll Come Back" solve this or will "Tear Me Apart" tear it apart? Voting starts now and will end at 6 PM, PST on Sunday, May 4, 2008. THANKS TO ALL FOR ALL YOUR HELP WITH THIS. Ron |

I know I've said "I'll Come Back.." is my second fav TT song ever, but "Tear Me Apart" is such a great song and such a great album - one of my all time favorite albums ever (not just TT) so I can't vote yet.. I'm going to have to come back (but not as another woman - as another Bradley perhaps) but I had to vent my frustrations. I'll be spending the next four hours playing each song back to back - cuz that's how I roll. http://www.swivek.com |

Hi Everyone: Thanks for all the votes so far. I must admit I am left in quite a quandry here this time. There are no rules about who can vote, so anyone is free to7o. Both songs have received votes from names we have not seen before. If i only use the names we are used to.. "Tear Me Apart" leads 6-5. If I use all the votes then "I'll Come Back As Another Woman" is leading 10-8. We still have until 6 pm tonight PST to vote.... My decision is to go ahead and allow all the votes to count and say that "I'll Come Back As Another Woman" is ahead 10-8. I was hoping this game would help bring other fans to the board. No offense, Dawn, but I guess the statement that you made them vote for the song meant they were not making a free choice. Anyhow, all is well in Tuckerville. Al are you sure you want to talk "TRAITOR" The Serenade That We Played" Mmmmm LOL. I didn't stage any votes I do have 2 Daughters that are T fans not die hard like their mom they check the site out occasionally.I am a little ticked (I was gonna say LITTLE DISTURBED BUT AL WOULD HAVE TAKEN THAT AND RAN) at Peter's comment on letting people that don't contribute to vote? What's up with that? This is an open site for everybody and anybody to enjoy being a Tanya fan ,getting to know freinds you haven't met yet & their experiences,concerts,visit's to the E.R. Just because there are names that are not so called "regs" or names you don't recognize doesn't mean they aren't fans.Everybody contribute's just by being fan.This game is suppose to be fun and has been.If we are gonna pick who can vote Al can't vote till she listens to "Serenade That We Played" again. Well put Bebop!!!! In order to be a TT fan ya gotta be a little crazy, and all us die hards are wayyyy past "a little"!!!!! BTW Bebop, it's not that I don't like "A Seranade That We Played"....I just don't like her voice in those early years! And if ya want to hear what a redneck accept sounds like, my # is 407-593-1211!
