It appears that the old dump is still being used because of all the dump truck traffic. I thought that after they finished with the Towson Jail that the dump would be permanently closed and sealed. Now, more stuff from the new Ravens training camp is being dumped there. Hernwood was just repaved, after 20 years, about 2 years ago and now its all torn up and is in worse shape now then its was 2 years ago. When is this going to stop and when is Hernwood going to be fixed?
