As some of you know, after many years of threatening it, I will be attempting to make an authentic Ale, at the castle this weekend. Thanks to Ringwood brewery, we have all the ingredients now, and a superb recipe from 1342, but are unsure as to whether we will have sufficient containers, to make the brew in. So. if anyone can source/find/ steal or bring any cauldrons/tripods(for the fire)/ jugs or anything that you might feel would be useful, I would greatly appreciate it. I'd rather have too much equipment, than not enough. Thanks. I will be at Corfe, friday afternoon. M |
