For those of you who missed my 50th there's another chance to party at the same excellent venue my good mate Paul Glover place, Bard's Barn West Eckworthy N. Devon EX39 5NF for his annual Bonfire Extravaganza, and his birthday do incidentally (ask Grant, Sam, Heather, Fluff to tell you just how good the house and setting are),
It’ll be on Saturday 8th November with the bonfire lit at about 7.30pm. There will be eats, and Real Ale at a reasonable price But bring additional grub and booze as well as a few fireworks (1 or 2 large individual ones usually better buy than boxed sets) Floor crashing space (and a few beds) available on first-come basis or plenty of space for tents if you are feeling more hardy.
WARNING there will be lots of singing even by those who really shouldn’t bother and Paul’s Morris side may even be persuaded to do a few dances . Or you can just drink to much and/or play with explosives!!

Sorry Tony cant make it daughter coming down from Crawley also near wifes birthday 11/11. I've copied the accounts and found a couple of extra verses for The Rambling Soldier with music score. Do you want me to bring the book to Whitehall or are you going to Hopton's Xmas do in Devon?

Sorry Tone, can't make it this time. Got a family do, would rather be there but sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and do your duty. Sure you will have a great night, hope it is as good last time. Hope to see you at the Devon bash and Whitehall. XX
