Hi, I passed my exam a week ago (! =) ) and got the quiz results mailed after that. But I have not heard anything from Robert Shields. I have tryed the last couple of days to get in touch with him on the different emails i have but I only get them in return with the message: (Delivery Status Notification (Failure)þ. Is the email adresses "hacked"? Dos he not usually contact you after passed exam? Just really looking forward to get my diploma you see :)Regards Henry |

Hi Henry, I did send you a confirmation email about passing the exam and there appears to be a delivery problem. I have since sent you another and hopefully you will receive that one. I have also posted a topic explaining some problems I am having with my web hosting which, to say the least, disgusting considering the large amount of money I pay them to ensure you and others get the best service from me. |

Hi, I have now recived you mail and filled in the form so I hopfully get my diploma soon :). Btw, a very good course and I would reccomend it to anyone asking me about a course in hypnotheraphy! =)Henry |

I have said this so many times in the past in my postings but will repeat it here. I ALWAYS have an up-do-date contact address on my web site and at the moment it is a ticket system that is, so far, 100% reliable. It is common policy on the Web that if an email address goes down for any reason, simply visiting the owner's web site and looking for contact information usually resolves the problem. Having said that, my emails problems are sorted out and have been for a while, no thanks to HIGHSPEEDWEB.....NET who were responsible for a complete shambles by illegally closing my account with them for non-payment when I had paid their annual fee through PayPal a week before it was due. They are NOW (they have recently changed their servers and and what worked on the old servers, appears to not work on the new ones) the rudest and most unhelpfull web hosting provider I have ever dealt with, and that is after being with them six years without problems. I would still be interested if anyone knows of a good Internet Lawyer, as although I will be taking legal action against those people from the UK shortly, I would like to plug any legal loopholes before starting litigation. |

Hi, I too took the exam two weeks ago and have heard nothing even though I have sent several e-mails. I don't even know if I passed!What's up Doc:-)Caz |

Hi Caroline, Your server Btinternet is blocking my emails. I sent you a third one yesterday from my private UK email address which you may have received prior to your posting on this forum. I will take a chance and give you your exam result here as I realise you must be very concerned. You passed with 86%. Having had similar problems before, I am certain that your Internet server, Btinternet, are blocking emails from various countries, including The Philippines, I will try to send you another email when I return to the UK. Just for information, if any of my students and graduates are with Btinternet, AOL, Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo, to ensure you get my emails, you should add me to your Friend's Lists. hypnotherapy-training.info and hypnotherapy-training.com. |

I also have tried to contact to take my exam but the link to find out the current contact address, just says "error on the page" and when I try to call the office it is always busy. What can I do to take my exam? |

My fault. I uploaded a new page and did not check the links to the contact form. It is ok now. My apologies to anyone who could not contact me through my website over the last couple of days. |
