I was contacted a few days ago about this hall and was planning to go to the Becky/Ivanhoe Dutchmen dance there last Sunday but it was cancelled because of the snow. Supposedly it has a 4000 sq ft wooden floor. Does anyone know about this dance venue? |

Since my last post about this dance hall, I stopped there on one of my road trips. It was not open so I had to peek in and it looks like a great place to dance. It is in a city park toward the north side of town. It is easy to find has plenty of parking. I think it will seat 200 to 300 people with an nice wood dance floor (4000 sq ft. compared to about 5000 sq ft at Electric Park). I couldn't see it well, but the stage is at one end, is raised about 3 ft and is fairly large. I will go there to dance the first chance I get. |

I went to Worthington last Saturday night. The dance hall was not as big as Walford or Electric Park, probably about 60% of their size, but it looked like a very good wood dance floor. |
