It has been a longtime that any activities concerning members of the St. James Scout District occurs in the paris. We are not seeing them on Civic functions as they normally do. Is Mr furguson still involve or can he be contacted as he was a major force to be reconed when i last saw him in action. I note the last major event that scouting was involved in was that of some leaders conference back in 2001. |

As I been saying that we need the leadership to retire. St. James is not the only parish that need help, almost every one does. I believe that the field commissioner need to get on the road and do his job. |

leaders need to work scouting and stop thinking that it is there bread and butter. |
