I think this person as the right idea, I think it is time for a change of the guards, the association always are biasis towards St Andrew and always ignor the rest. A change in mind set is required. |

Some of the leaders at the H/Q level should now take a break as they behave as the movement is theirs and not for the boys. Yes some should retire at this time. |

So who is the person or persons that my friends are trying promote to the top of the Scout Association of Jamaica in place of Commissioner Stanford Davis? |

We do not want to replace Mr Standford Davis, but the rest. It is time the field commissioner do his job, vice playing politics with scouting on the island. We can not afford to let the young men and women down, because people what to hold on to power. As BP said, scouting is fun and these leaders forget the basic. Instead of teaching, they them selves should get a refrecher course. |

Before we start talking about replacing our current officers we should be asking ourselves the question "Do we have qualified persons to replace them?" |

Yes! My bias friend. They are always qualified persons to replace these leaders that are not functioning. They only need for these individual to resigned there commissioned. |
