Is it the policy of K9 Pro sports to threaten legal action against ones family for not agreeing with the organization? Do you condone cowardly, frivolous litagation? Does K9 Pro sports have that much to hide? Mr. Farrish. It is Farrish? Right? I have spoken to Thad and had a few phone calls about this, but am very limited as to the particulars. Thad is a K9PS director but he does have his own life. If I am correct you took Thad's copyrighted logo and used it to make derogatory comments about K9PS. I really don't know who you are, or what experience you have ever had with K9PS, but you are certainly welcome to your negative opinion. However, if I understand the legalities here, you are not welcome to someones copyrighted or trademarked logo! What would have happened if you posted the Coke logo (notice I didn't use the logo) above your post? Would they be hiring lawyers right now? NO! They already have PLENTY! This IS my “training” forum and not a b**ch board, so to keep things close to the spirit of the board let me give you a little advice. In Texas, if you got a gripe, you go to the source of the gripe (that aint me) only the kiddies scream “Teacher! Teacher! Johnny took my crayons. Last, I will address your questions as best I can as a third party. As I said I am not a party to Thad's logo or law suit. I do know Thad and his history in dogs and law, he has a formidable history. Also there is a comma between the N and T in “isn't”. Mr Farrish asked “What kind of people are K9 Pro sports?” BC, Now here is the only one I really have first hand knowledge about. Most are dog owners that have a very close bond with their dogs. They are concerned with the dogs health and welfare and most of them treat their dogs as family members. The others are full time professionals or MWD or security and police dog trainers and handlers. They are some of the most accomplished trainers in the world and most are competing in multiple dog disciplines which K9PS strongly encourages. The ones I have dealt with for the past fourteen years in five different countries have been respectful, appreciative folks that enjoy what they are doing with their dogs and the people they get to do it with.
