If anyone knows any McNamaras around the Sydney area that has any information about where the name came from or who .. and about the history of the people who carried the lastname.

Perhaps you should mail me, I have some info you may like on the origens of the name and the developement of the clan throughout Irish history. Not just the Normal Edward McLysaght sumary...theres a bit more to the family than that.
