I purchased Rummy 500 a few years ago but due to a computer crash I have lost it. I now have a new computer and would like to have Rummy 500 reinstalled. Thank you.

I, also, am having problems with my program. Although I'm using the same computer, it's been a while since I've played the game. I've just went there to play a round of rummy but it takes me to the 'trial' version and says that it's been in place for 117 days. Then it asks for a code. I've already been through this when I purchased the program. Since I had bought and paid for the program I didn't figure I'd need the code any more. WRONG!!!! Now, it's asking for it. What do I do? Please don't tell me to email you because I don't see any place where an email address is listed.

I am on day 2 of free trial. I have Vista, which may be the problem. Sometimes, not always, when I try to add to opponent's meld, the card will jump over and start a new meld. I cannot move it or take it back to start over. I can only exit the game.

Use undo to take it back into the hand.

Thanks for the help on correcting a play. I am still on the trial version and wonder why the 'Reset Scoreboard' is always greyed out?
