I know this will come as a surprise to many of you, but I have just taught my last Moves Fitness class. I would like to take this opportunity to say goodbye to all the friends I have made through Moves. I have enjoyed the last 5 and a half years and wish all you teachers continuing success. As a consequence, I am now selling all my Moves CDs, videos and DVDs. A complete list of these can be found by clicking the link at the bottom of this post. Please use the form at the bottom of that page to send me your requests (complete sets or one offs) together with a financial offer (including p&p). No reasonable offer will be rejected. Yep - I'm surprised and sad. I know how much your students loved you. You are/were a great teacher and I will miss our chats (esp at the ones at the IOW). Take care with everything you do - it's been lovely to know you. You will be truly missed. Much love, Sara-Jane xx |
