i spoke with charlie at eurosport scoreboard and found out that each team must change their own conference or classification on their schedule. these are the steps: To change the Division and/or Conference of a team a volunteer must have the appropriate access level (coach or media level required). Players, parents, or fans do not have update access to make this type of change. from the team’s game schedule click on “Update Game Schedule” enter ID and password on the returned page and press the “Continue” button. Returned to your terminal will be a page titled “Main Menu/School Information” If volunteer has appropriate update access authority the page will have the option to Update Team Data Press the button titled “Update 05 Team Data” Returned will be a page titled “Team Maintenance Form” with the name of the team to update in the Argument Field Select the gender and press the “Find Team” button Returned will be a page titled “Search for Teams” with a list of teams that satisfy the search argument. Select the team of interest by pressing the button containing the team number to the left of your team Returned will be a page titled “Team Maintenance Form Press the button titled “Change Division or Conference” Returned will be a page titled “Update Team Division” with a list of divisions for your state. Select either a new division or the current division for your team and press the continue button Returned will be a page titled “Update Team Conference” with a list of conferences for your state. Select the desired conference and press the “Select New Conference” button Returned will be a page titled “Verify Division / Conference Updates” with the Division and Conference to be assigned to your team. To apply the changes, press the “Apply Updates” button. Returned will be a page titled “Division/Conference Updates have been applied” with options to return to the Main Menu or to return to the team game schedule. |

Rob, some of the brand new conferences are not listed so I am unable to change conferences. Is there a way to add our conference to the list under 2A so that we can move the teams over? thanks |

Some of the newer 3A conferences aren't listed either. Ours is the TRIAD 3A, but its not an option either. |

The Big South conference also needs to be added to the 4A options. In trying to change my team to 4A I couldn't as the conference wasn't available. Rob: we know this is alot of work... if there is anything I can do to assist please let me know. Jaime - (Ashbrook) |

I don't see the Western Athletic conference listed as an option for conference changes |

The Big South conference still shows up only under 3A. We need it available under 4A before Crest, Ashbrook, and East Gaston can correct their classifications. |

Here the season is almost all the way over and we still dont have split conferences fixed. Like, the big south has all their teams showing up as 4A even though only 3 teams are, and this is confusing. Forestview is, on the other hand, not showing up at all with the other teams, though they do accurately reflect their 3A status. Is this something that is going to get fixed at some point, or do we just have to live it with it being wrong? Is it something we can help with in some way, or is it just a flaw in Eurosport? |
