After reading the news from the newspaper that PCCW and HGC were reported blcoking the ntscmp website, I, as a HGC broadband user, atttempted to enter your website and found there was no problem at all. I wonder if the blocked has been lifted after being exposed. |

I am a Netvigator user. I just tried accessing www.ntscmp.com (Friday, Sept 22 - 12:30pm) and failed. |

I am in China at the moment. There are many websites that I cannot access in China (f.e. Hemlock and gayhk.com). The Pearl evening news is routinely censored here, as is the ABC News at 7.30 AM.However, I can access NTSCMP. Funny old world, isn't it, where one can access a site in China that is being blocked in Hong Kong. |

For some strange reasons, I can access this site without using any proxy now (through netvigator). I couldn't access here yesterday. Guess they(PCCW) have lifted the block~~ |

I'm using Netvigator and still cannot using the ntscmp site but thru HKBN can; so I wrote the following to Netvigator; "Recently I'm trying to reach the web site www.ntscmp.com but failed, when I use the same machine accessing thru Hongkong Boardband, I can successfully reach the said web site. Since the said web site is sensitive to certain person managing PCCW Netvigator, is Netvigator intentionally block the said web site? If situation continue with no improvement, I will refer this complaint to OFTA. " |

That is all. Be patient !!!On clicking any link on www.ntscmp.com 2 pages will popup, an advertising page and the page of the link which you want to visit.Enjoy it.Stephen |

Netvigator back to normal but this is the last month my plan with it. |

got the reply from OFTA:With reference to your earlier complaint on blocking of access at thewebsite www.ntscmp.com, we would like to reply as follow:This Office has made enquiries to PCCW-IMS Limited and Hutchison GlobalCommunications Limited regarding the issue. i have also subscribed to netvigator. last month, i also could not assess ntscmp.com. today, i read appledaily, which says that the blocking has been lifted. i try and succeed. i believe it is netvigator who did the blocking. |
