This is all getting ridiculous - not to mention boring. It has already been pointed out to you that there are several thousand websites hosted by your server - some of them highly dubious. And despite your claims, it is not just ISPs in Hong Kong that cannot display your site. Here in Beijing, I'm writing this from work, where I can access your site with no difficulty. At home using an ISP that has no connection whatsoever to the Li family, I can only do it via a proxy. Move your website to another less problematic server for God's sake, like any normal person would. Your demented ravings are making you seem less credible by the day. It is certainly not your fault that your server is unreliable. It is your fault if you choose to continue using it. You're like a man with a broken camera who rants at the film developers because your photographs don't come out.
