A CHILD IS DEAD. YET I SEE NOTHING BEING DONE, NOR HAVE I HEARD OF ANY INVESTIGATIONS INTO THE EXTREME CASE LOADS. A VERY CLOSE FRIEND OF MINE HAS BEEN BATTLING WITH DHS IN OK COUNTY. SHE HAS DONE EVERYTHING THEY HAVE ASKED, AND MORE. NOW I AM INVOLVED BY WAY OF PROVIDING HER A HOME. SHE LOST HER SECTION 8 HOUSING DUE TO DHS DRAGING THIS CASE OUT 2 AND A HALF YEARS. WHAT IS IT GONNA TAKE TO RE-WORK THIS SO CALLED SYSTEM THAT IS SUPPOSE TO SAVE CHILDREN? ALL I'VE SEEN IS MENTAL ABUSE BY DHS TO MY FRIENDS 4 YR OLD. AND THE DEATH OF THE BRIGS CHILD. |

I am working to get my child back from Rogers County DHS. So far, it has been 3 months, I started parenting and anger management classes, as well as counseling, on my own and have yet to get cooperation from DHS to see my child. Reform is greatly needed; families are being torn apart without good cause. DHS here is acting like they are GOD, doing whatever they want and hurting whomever they want. IT MUST CHANGE FOR THE GOOD OF OKLA FAMILIES!!!! |
