The plug in for IE installs and works easily, but I am finding increasingly students are using various flavours of Mozilla. I had assumed that the plug in for Netscape would work, but Lizardtech site syas no plug in viewer is available for Mozilla. Any workarounds? http://warrick.150m.com Research papers and magazines archived |

Warrick, I've seen success with just copying the "npdjvu.dll" file from the IE plugins directory to Firebird's plugin directory. Jon |

The manual installer should install for Mozilla-based browsers. It worked for me the last time I tried it. Does anyone have direct knowledge of a specific Mozilla-based Browser for which this is not the case? |

Thanks Jon and Michael I updated to the latest viewer version (dated Jan 04), then copied the dll file to the Firebird directory. Nothing different, but after restarting Windows (98SE), Firebird recognises most djvu files, but sometimes it opens in another window (but IE!). Odd, but works OK for me. Thanks for your help. |
