naka sign po ako ng 3 years contract sa Saudi as Medical practitioner last Sept 2007. Pero po I applied for a vacation leave and my employer granted me a 1 month vacation leave (29 days). My employer required me to bond equivalent for my 6 months salary in order for me to be allowed for the said vacation. I supposed to return to work in Saudi this day (sept 30 2008).However, for some personal reason, It is impossible for me to return since I am now in another country. My query is that can my employer sue me for Breach of Contract? Is it still safe if I return to Saudi as Healthcare worker?? And is there any chance for me to work again in Saudi Arabia??
