I took part in the Cork installation (it was amazing, far exceeding my expectations!), but I haven't received my print yet. Is it that they haven't been sent out yet, or should I have received it by now? |

You should receive your print next April or May at the earliest... |

I got this e-maiol, was at the cork instalation: Dear Participant Thank you for helping to create the remarkable art installation, the Spencer Tunick project, in Cork this summer. The artwork was a huge success and as commissioners, Cork Midsummer Festival and Dublin Docklands, we were delighted with how the project caught the public imagination and that so many of you signed up and took part. Spencer Tunick is an extraordinary artist and we are very privileged that he accepted the offer to work in Ireland and create some new images. So few artists manage to engage so many and create such powerful and beautiful images. We have received so many mails of gratitude and thanks from participants we know that it was a special moment in the summer of 2008. We can’t wait to see the images! We are working now with Spencer to create an exhibition to present the work in Ireland next year. As a participant, you will each receive one print from the Blarney Castle installation in Spring 2009. If you participated on the second installation day at White Street you will receive a print from this installation. The print will be distributed at the time of the exhibition or will be posted to you. We have your details as you completed them on file and will contact you again early next year to confirm your details and with further information regarding the distribution of prints and the exhibition. Thank you from all of us for making this a highlight of Cork Midsummer Festival 2008 and for not letting the chilly weather put you off. Do not rely to this email. |
