I think the fact that so few messages are now posted suggests one thing: Robins is dead and the remaining robins have left the nest forever. |

WAIT !!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is another... Hey follks at robins bath i call in from time to time just to see what is going on.But it makes me feel sad inside think there is no one out there anymore.I am from the robins burton there the sigh still hangs above the building i think it is the last one in the counrty.I search long and hard on the net and then i found this site and reading your words on this sight made me feel very much like one of you. |

Allan, we are quite a welcoming lot in Bath so you are like one of the group. It is very sad that slowly the robins memory is fading out though, unfortunatly i have gone over to the dark side and have been working for the Odeon in Bath for the last couple of Months but it cannot even compare to the two years i was at robins, they were the best. I still have some signs from Robins up in my bedroom. did you get to take any stuff from the one in Burton? |

Having posted a couple of messages here relating to Robins Durham, I think it's great to keep a little bit of Robins alive. When we closed I vowed to set up a website but lots of stuff got in the way and I never did, I seriously want to get it done before the end of the year, if you're interested you can view the temporary site at www.robinscinema.moonfruit.com<BR>On a tangent, while I'm studying I now work for Cineworld Multiplex Cinema(the darkside. haha) and it's not a patch on the old Robins.
