My 14 year old niece just adopted either a very handsome fellow or a beautiful girl toad. She wants to name it, but wants to be sure of the sex first. I am leaning towards a female, because the throat seems light and even in color, he or she is silent and bumpy (and pretty big too). I am confused by the nuptial pads though and can't really find a good photo. I am a photographer and took a couple of really good photos of the toad in question - can I send them to you to get your opinion?thanks very much!
