Do toads have 2 ways out of their home? I have 2 living under my garage where the concrete is missing and everyday I spray water in and they come out. Very friendlym one keeps sitting on my foot. Anyway during home repairs the entrance was concreted over and I am concerned is they can get out another way. Can they dig out? I watched them dig one day and are pretty good at it. I just hate to think they were blockled in with no way out. |

That's a great question. Toads are very good burrowers and one can only hope there is another place for them to get to the outside. In winter, toads can burrow up to 6 feet under ground. One would think they could find their way out of the underneath of the garage. What a sweet story. Toads are so friendly once they see you aren't the enemy. http://www.toadilytoads.com |
