I will not be in Millersville in the Fall, and have decided to step down and allow someone new to step in in the spring. The fall college schedule does not allow enough time to set up a system and at times even introduce basics so coaching in the Spring is pretty much needed to get ready. I told the girls but I am not sure of where (or if) that have looked yet so I'm going where I always tend to go when I need a rugby favor. Please let me know or forward this to people who may be interested and I can put you/whoever in touch with the team to sort stuff out. I will be around in the Spring, but as I said, its best to let the new order take over early even if I can be around to help and insights into the team when I can.
