Membership of ADDER is open to all who have Dystonia, to their families and friends, and to anyone who wishes to support ADDER's work. There are 5 membership categories : Individual membership is £10 per year and is for people who wish to join in their own right. Family membership is £15 per year which means for a little extra we can include all the members of your family living in the same house as members of ADDER. Friend / Supporter membership is £10 per year. This is not for people with dystonia but for those who wish to support the work of ADDER, perhaps friends of those with dystonia or family members not living in the same house. Low Income membership is £5 per year and is a concessionary rate for anyone with dystonia who cannot afford individual membership perhaps being unemployment through their dystonia or receiving Income Support. Corporate membership is £100 per year and is a special rate which allows business to support the work of ADDER Life time membership is of a minimum £100, which entitles you not to have to pay again ever. |

First of all i would like to thank Duncan for setting this up for us. iam sure many of us will benefit from it. While on here i would like to put forward a suggestion for a christamas night for us all. There is a resturant on the big market (taxi accessable and all on the flat) It's next to Cafe Neon. Its a Creek resturant and i do recomend it myself. It also has live entertainment. |
