I attended the progress committee meeting and was particulaly taken back by the enviornmental facts surrounding the desalination plant. Like others, I cannot justify the ideas when there are so many crosses against it and other cost effective, environmentally friendly and sensible options available. I am wondering if anyone can tell me where I can go to get the details discussed at the meeting - particularly the enviononmental facts?? I would then like to ask the people monitoring this page if it is possible then to place these facts and ideas on the web page - creating a place for people to find out about the desal plant - perhaps a facts page link or something like that?? It would be great to have a point of reference for ourselves to get keyed up on the issues and also a place to recommend for others. It would then be possible to email out that web link for many people to read the devastating facts surrounding the desal plant.Thx! Kori
