Now the rain has fallen and the dams are over 50% the rush to start this CRITICAL infrastructure has now passed.Lets have a proper EIS process to show the failures of desalination as a solution to Sydneys water problems.Some real solutions to the the long term water shortages are now available and we could have 1.9 billion dollars to get them right. |
