I noticed on the application that gpa from undergrad school as well as ACT and SAT scores are requested. The app also says the application will not be reviewed without this info. Given that I am scheduled to take the GMAT in October and I have out of undergrad for over 20 years, is this info necessary to be considered for the conference?? I certainly do not recall those scores these many years later. If they are absolutely necessary I will write away to see I can get them from the test administrators. Would appreciate a response from someone associated with the PhD project. Thanks so much,

Marie--I manage PhD Project Applications--You may submit your application without scores. However, it is strongly recommended that you take the GMAT if you are going to apply to a doctoral program.
