I will be graduating with an MA in HRD. I love the HRD field, but am more interested pursuing a PhD, than EdD, which is what my professors have been swaying me to do. I'm interested in a PhD Program in business--maybe Management; but, I'm having a hard time finding a program in my area (Maryland). |
