My answer: I went to Ohio and had fun with my family. My mom got sick while I was there. She had a stomach virus and a fever. Unfortunately, it was very contagious! (contagious=easily spread to other people) I got sick as soon as I got back to Japan. I called home and learned that my nephew, my sister and my niece got sick, too! I stay home until Jan. 2 because I didn't want to give this virus to anyone else. I got a lot of rest and I feel great now. I hope everyone reading this has a happy and healthy new year!
