The Beach Theater(formal name: Film Paradiso Beach Theater), a small, restored art film theater on Corey Ave. in St. Pete is for sale. It is an institution among those of us in this area who value good films and treasure these old venues. Those of you who may know the place will remember it for its intimate, single-screen ambiance. I am mentioning it here in hopes that there might be an interested party among the membership who could buy it and continue the theater's legacy of small important film showings.
