I cannot believe that proboards are so gullible! "It has been brought to our attention that the case has merely resumed in a different jurisdiction and that the board should remain offline until this dispute is resolved." Patrick (I'll send you his email address, if I get no results from the email I sent him)This is an absolute lie,,, when a judge dismisses a case, then THAT case is DEAD. Any new case will have to be filed and served, and that has not happened... NOW,,, My question to this community is, WHY would anyone want to send money to a person who has constantly caused these kind of problems? |

What's the dispute and who is involved? A little overall context would help us to get some perspective on why this is happening--especially if we are being asked to take sides. Webmaster? Could you clue us in? Sorry for being confused, but I'm also curious. What can be so serious as to cause a breach in the terms of service? |

Maybe im be wrong. Isn’t this boards purpose to discuss hair and share links. Personally cuts I coundt give a crap for your personal disputes. Maybe you should take your disputes somewhere else before you cause anymore problems on message boards. |

There a dozens of blogs available. Why do you have so many problems? You can host for $15 bucks a year and stop messing with all this free crap!!!Can't you afford 15 dollars? |

Know what your talking about before you run your mouth. I did not file the complaint against the board, taylor's group did, HOWEVER I got the board back up when I provided the legal papers to the proboard and they reinstated the site 3 days ago, THEN taylor's group convinced them to take it down again yesterday. I am fighting to have them put the board back up. Why don't you email taylor's group and tell him to leave the board alone. |

Ok. I'm not up on allthe crap that's going on here, so I have a few questions I need answered. First, Who is taylor? Second, What is the dispute? Third, who appointed Cutscuts as our defender? Is Cutscuts the moderator here?This is starting to get really annoying. |
