This week we have four new Original titles on DVD and Download and we have one ponytail up for auction on Ebay. Era has brown hair a few inches below her shoulders. She has witnessed most of our haircuts but now it’s her turn in the chair. And wow, is she nervous. The barber knows this so he lops off her hair with clippers, dropping it all in her lap. He then uses the clippers to taper Era’s hair at the nape and around both ears. With scissors now, he blends the hair on top with the clippered hair below. Layers are added to the top providing a cute short boyish cut. As a final touch, the barber shaves the stray hairs from Era’s neck with a straight razor. Era likes her new style and can now speak to the other models with first hand experience. Next up is Mary Grace who starts with typical Asian hair, long straight and nearly black. Mary Grace wants a very short boyish cut. We know a certain barbershop that can help her out. First, Mary Grace’s hair is gathered into a ponytail and cut off at the nape. Mary Grace’s ponytail is up for auction on Ebay this week. Clippers buzz off the remaining lengths of hair. Next a guard is added and the clippers buzz high up the nape and both sides. The top is cropped and blended with the clippered sides and back. Mary grace doesn’t look like your typical Asian lady any more with her super short boyish crop. Next is Rachelle who really wants enough money to buy a new cell phone. We negotiate for a while and decide that she can get the money she needs if she is willing to get a flattop. We do this in two stages and today is stage 1. Stage 1 is a high undercut. The long curly hair on top is sectioned off while the hair below is left down. The clippers buzz all of the hair on the sides and the back down to a No. 1. All of this hair is saved and combined with the long hair from the top for a ponytail that will be up for auction in Ebay next week. To show off Rachelle’s new undercut we style her hair in a couple of ways. First her long hair is pulled straight back into a high ponytail. Last we part her hair down the center and tie each side into a high pigtail. Rachelle was not very fond of this style and gave me a look that if looks could kill, I would not be here today. In two weeks Rachelle will get that flattop as promised. Finally we have Hazel returning for her final cut. And what a cut it is. The barber removes the bob from her previous cut quickly with scissors. With most of her hair short, the barber has a clear path for his clippers. He buzzes Hazel’s hair super short and super high above both ears and up the nape as well. He uses scissors to crop the hair on top very short as well and then blends it to the shorter hair below. Hazel now has a super short boyish crop that is buzzed high all around. This has been quite an adventure for Hazel going from waist length hair, to a short bob and now to this extreme crop. We think Hazel got better looking with each successive cut and we hope you agree.Now that all of our older titles are available as Downloads, we are back to our regular schedule of four new Original videos every two weeks.
