I'm so sorry that you were attacked by this person. I contacted the pro board, and they gave me some bs about a court order,,, they got a subpoena for material and got scared. To my knowledge there was NO such order to shut down the board. ANYway, I'M filing a substantial suit against this person and his partner for damages. Anyone who purchased any clips from this site over the last 4 weeks, I need your help. Please contact me and I'll explain. YOU ARE NOT IN ANY trouble, but I need your help. If I can win this suit, it will stop some of this harrassment. Please contact me soon, especially if you have the barber shop shave of the long haired red head. Thanks

I'm curious as this sounds to me a little like "Big Brother." I would never ask anyone to give up their privacy like that. I wish you luck, but that sounds too creepy to me. Anyway, I think I know what website you are refering to and I don't really agree with you. I agreed to have my stuff up there because several of my fans asked me to and I've been very happy with my decision. I'm not sure what happened and I probably don't need to know, but as for the harassment, I've only seen you write about them and not the other way around. But of course you probably check the boards more than me, so maybe I should just sit back with my mouth duct-taped shut and me all tied up in rope. Hmmm...wait a minute, I've done that already! LOL. Trust me, if you're going use duct tape in a friendly way, touch it several times to some linty cloth first. Ouch! That hurt! That sticky stuff didn't come off for a week. I think I'll leave that bondage stuff up to the professionals. :) I've seen some hair bondage, now that was cool. :)

Kat,You produced your material, right? So that means that you own it, Right? Which means that unless you have a written contract with someone, then you have the right to determine how it is distributed, RIGHT? Tell this web site that you'd like to remove your material from their site and see what happens. I have said all along, that you, me or anyone who has produced their own material, has the right to control their material and how it is distributed. THAT is what my fight with him is about. There is No verbal nor written agrement to continue selling my material and I desire NO further dealings with him. The courts will decide.

Yes, we produce our own material. It's more fun that way. :)) And I like to stand out a bit from the crowd. As for me removing my material, no thanks, I'm quite happy with how things are working out. Sure my video sales are low now, but that's because everyone has seen my stuff already. I'm not going to pull out, especially when my fans asked me to place my stuff there in the first place. I gotta keep my fans happy. :)As for the right to control the distribution of my material, I think that is quite clear from the start. I'm sure you knew how the site worked. Anyone does just by viewing it. Videos are there for download or CD. That's cool with me. I didn't see a problem there. If you mean by stopping the selling of video, then it depends on the contract. If you don't have a contract, why not? It's common sense to make up a contract for everything. Heck, back in the olden days, the official way to get laid was getting a contract (marriage certificate). Now that "contract" is getting STDs. LOL. But anyway, back to the stopping of video. It depends. Where you accepting the money made from the video? Then it shows you agreed with whatever it was you agreed to, written or oral. If you didn't accept the money, then case solved. But when you contract someone to do something for you, the other person is spending time and money on you. I could see that maybe he couldn't take down the material right away because his losses weren't paid for yet. The best thing to do (other people's opinions and hindsight of 20/20 probably don't come in handy now, oops) was to agree on a time when the stuff could get taken down after the guy made up his losses. Another example of this is like my cell phone company. I hate my cell phone company. I could tell them to cancel my subscription, but then I have to pay them $120 to cover their losses. But I'll just suck it in and wait out my contract. It was my mistake to go with them, so I'm just going to have to wait it out. No big deal. That's the way life goes sometimes. As for them continuing to sell your material...maybe I missed something, but I didn't see your material on the site. I could be wrong though as they have so many videos and I could have missed something. So please, if I did, let me know the urls to those pages. I'd be curious.

With all respect Kat but seems to me you got it all wrong. You say you were new to this board so how can you say '' I've only seen you write about them ''.Before Mike wrote about his findings another major video producer disclosed some of his stuff was sold without autorization at the same place and was not taken off after he asked politely to do so. As soon as Mike confirmed his part of the story , this board was harassed and taken down at several occasiions by someone who apparently sees no advantage in people knowing what has been going on

If Chapman has a length of terms in his contract, then he should quit his whining and honor it. If he let that site sell his videos without a contract, then he's a fool.

Hi Zach,Oops, I think you may have misunderstood me. Yes, I new to this board, but not a few others. :) And that note about a major producer saying that videos were sold without his permission sounds a little fishy to me because the question then pops up, how did the website get his video content in the first place? There had to be an exchange of some sort. If the website guy bought the video and then sold it, that would be wrong. But if there was an agreement and later the video guy decided back out, then, again, there could be two things that could happen. One, if there was a contract, the video guy should have waited out the contract. If maybe the website guy didn't start working on the video, he could have been nice and forgoed the agreement. But that's just what I would have done in that situation. I don't know the story behind the story you are talking about so I really can't say much more than that.

Yes Chicken McNugget, I'll agree that I Was a fool trusting this man at his word, and that word was for a month to month verbal agreement and there was NO term on any contract, verbal or written. He was given notice to stop, and he did NOT comply with that notice. Oh Kat, we are not talking about $150 here. This site has profited many TEN's of Thousands of dollars off of mine and others work, so he made money, besides the terms should have been set by him in writing since I own the material, I have control over it's distribution. There were NO TERMS set, and he made money on every item he put up. I'm not whining here, because a whiner sits back and does NOTHING,,,, I have been very busy stopping him from selling my material. AND many may remember this on this person's site :"The NC Take Down -Stay tuned this June for the most spectacular and humorous event ever before seen on the internet. Here's a tip for everyone. Mike's videos aren't worth the time or money to download from any site. The video quality is poor and the action is pretty boring. I can think of a more than a few sites from 'Asia' or the 'Future' that are better than the CutCuts site.
