I just received (Nov. 18,2010) Official Minutes for the Sept. 28th, 2010 Harper Square Board of Directors meeting. Apparently it was a meeting to approve the 2011 budget. Two things I noticed right away about those "Official Minutes": (1)the total budget amount was no where to be found! (2)Realty & Mortgage did not request an increase in the annual management fee which is 2.5% of fees collected. NOW, WHO OUT THERE WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF 6TH GRADE MATH CAN FIGURE OUT THAT THEY WILL GET AN INCREASE WITHOUT ASKING FOR IT! I am not impressed and why was that in our "minutes of minutes"? ---------- A hint for a few on the question above: 2.5% of $1000 = $25; 2.5% of $1,000,000 = $25,000. http://harperSquare.com |
