Did you know that my brother Lyle Odelein once faked a slapshot and then turned and shot a hockey puck into the Buffalo Sabres bench on purpose? |

Corcoran's team was down by 3 goals when he shot that wrist shot end to end with only 3 seconds left in the game. He had no business shooting it, and because he did it started a fight. Does he deserve to be suspended? Yes. For 6 months? NO. |

did lyle even get a penalty let alone a suspension? no--i don't think so. also--if you guys make it past the first round of the playoffs ill be your team photographer |

I would like to start off with that We stand with Bryan and the whole Corcoran family. Bryan is now and will always be a member of the Monmouth Flames. Although his actions of that night are still under review and a harsh penalty was handed down rather quickly, we look forward to his return as a force in the Tab Ramos Sports Complex Men's Monday Night Open Hockey League. We, as the Monmouth Flames Organization, have decided not to penalize #13 Brian Corcoran any further than what has already been handed down from the League. Further more we have filed a greevance with the Players Union and they have started and investigation into the matter. This is a situation that has left a bad taste in everyones mouth and lets all hope that this time without Brian will pass quickly and fruitfully. On behalf of everyone in the Monmouth Flames organization I would like to thank Tab Ramos Sports Complex and Chris Gosha for their complete cooperation and attention in this matter.
