For those of you who have fond or fuzzy memories of the former Rocky Point Park's House of Horrors dark ride (1963-1995), WSBE Rhode Island PBS is airing one of the DVD documentaries I produced about an old-school operating dark ride. It's not the House of Horrors; it's the Haunted House dark ride at Knoebels Amusement Resort in Elysburg, PA. But the ride is similar to the former House of Horrors with its low-tech scares. This is the first DVD documentary (released July 2008) that I produced with my business partner Bill Luca. Our most recent film, released this past August, is too long for the WSBE show. I took my love for writing ProJo TV commercials to the next level by committing to producing a series of DVD documentaries with Bill.
