This should foster some conversation... and this is the only ice breaker i will offer. 1. State and Federal Commerce powers end where my property begins. Therefore, respecting my choices, in my own private capacity, are not comprehended by the UCC 2. I possess a birthright membership in the American society and Sovereign over my domain and I have never been a federal citizen as comprehended by the 14th Amendment. Hence, it would be ridiculous to ex-patriate. 3. My domain does not reach into that domain belonging to "We the People" except as to my opinion in the form of a vote, etc. Therefore, I am not empowered to create a common law court that others of the collective would be bound by, nor is any group. 4. No administrative enforcement of a regulation thereof binds me where i am acting solely within my own domain and/or private capacity. As such, though i may have a duty to inform attempted enforcement of the error, i am not bound by administrative rules and procedures. 5. The social compact binds me to harm no one. It binds the fed and the state to the same restriction. ANY CHALLENGES? http://www.williamduff.com DOMINION |

Would you say that the birthright is literal or figurative? Have you the blood line back to one or more of the original sovereign People? Like Sovereigns generally have a blood line back to previous kings or queens. Wasn't14th Amd. to give former slaves a citizenship, as they generally had none though being freed by the 13th? |
